More Summer Fun

What other fun stuff did we do this summer? Well, I took the kids to a place called Kaleidoscope. It's a really cool hands-on place where kids get to use leftover stuff from the Hallmark stores to make their own creations. The boys each got to bring a friend, and we had a lot of fun there. Our only complaint was that there wasn't enough time to do all we wanted to do.

After making our art projects, we decided to go outside and cool off in a bunch of fountains they had outside. The boys got soaked and had a wonderful time! It was a great way to cool off. Unfortunately, as is the case with most outdoors things, Marshall got too cold.

Nate had the opportunity to go to 2 Scout Camps this summer. The first one was in Missouri with his Troop here, and the 2nd one was at Camp Meritwether in Oregon where he went with his old Boy Scout Troop from Provo (Troop 999). He sold magazine subscriptions and raised $600 so he could attend camp. He said it was the best camp he has ever been to!

Since Nate needed to get to Utah to go to Summer Camp, we decided to take him there, and visit the family! We couldn't wait to start out trip!! We were so excited!
